+ TRANSFUSION will heal you and let you stay lane long.
+ yours TIDES OF BLOOD will compatybility with SANGUINE POOL to make much farm.
+ combination of ZHONYA'S HOURGLASS and SANGUINE POOL give you very much surival.

- do not use SANGUINE POOL when you have on yourself in time damage speels like IGNITE this make ony more damage to you

Farming

- Remember to use TRANSFUSION on minions like 100-200 HP to farm them within more damage than auto-attacks.

Team Work

- Always use yours HEMOPLAGUE at teamfight starts and try to hit as much targets as you can. that give you team incrase damage to all hited enemies.

- When you have multipe targets in teamfight go use TIDES OF BLOOD and SANGUINE POOL to deal much damage to all of enemies and kill then with yours TRANSFUSION
