I just want to point out this is my first guide I ever created, so peer feedback is appreciated! This is NOT a perfect build by any means, it simply shows you the way I play Shaco.
Life steal quints, AD marks, and flat armor and flat mres. Alternatively, use AS marks or aPen marks.
I have no idea how to do those fancy image things on Mobafire, so I'll list a general BO instead.
Start: Hunters Machete, Health Potion (5), Yellow Trinket
Firstly, build Spirit of the Elder Lizard. This may take more than one back.
Next, get an Avarice Blade for improved income in the jungle. After your Avarice Blade you'll want to get Boots. Alternatively, get Statikk Shiv right away.
After Shiv, purchase either AS Boots or Mobility Boots (Yellow). These will greatly improve your ganking abilities and, along with Statikk Shiv, allow you to rack up some assists and/or kills through great burst damage.
At this point, you'll need to get some additional sustain. Get a Vampiric Scepter. We'll be using this to build Hydra in the next step. Unlike most other champions, building Homeguard early is quite viable; add Homeguard to your boots.
It's now time to finish your Hydra. Start off with a Pickaxe, then complete Tiamat. At this point you have all your core items: Elder Lizard, Boots with Homeguard, Shiv, and Hydra.
Situational items include: Blade of the Ruined King, Infinity Edge, Last Whisper, and Guardian Angel in case you're playing a perfect game.
Start off with your W, then your E, then your Q. Skill your E first, your R as soon as it becomes available, and then your Q and W in that order.
Shaco is best played with Ignite + Smite (my personal favorite against non-heal lanes) or Exhaust + Smite.
Creeping / Jungling
As Shaco, your general jungling path will be YOUR BLUE BUFF, WIGHT, RED BUFF, GANK TOP. If ganking top is unavailable, go to WRAITHS and keep an eye on mid-lane. Use of your Q can be an option from WRAITHS if the lane is severely pushed.
