Threats to Gnar with this build
|Warwick||Warwick Isn't a threat bcoz pre 6 he can't do anything but becareful if he gets 6 he can even kill you.|

For The Runes I'd also Standard AD runes
Marks: Flat AD x9
Seals: Flat Armor x9
Glyphs: MR Per level x9
Quintessences: FLAT AD x3
Masteries is a bit defensive assuming that you have a Offensive Runes. Its a pretty balanced Damage and Sustain in The jungle and teamfights.
Hunter Machete's + 4 pots for a safe start.
When you first back Buy Spirit Stone + boots + pots (You need the boots for kiting/chasing when ganking)
After you finish your spirit of the elder lizard, and they Have Heavy CC Buy mercury but if they had Heavy AD buy Ninja Tabi.
After You finish Your elder lizard and Boots you can have Armor/Magic Resist Items Depending in your enemies if they have a well fed AP Get Banshee's/Spirit Visage. If they had a fed AD ? Get Randiun's Omen/Thornmail. If Your owning the lane Get a Sunfire Cape (Really Good Offensive at the same time Defensive The Passive Burn of Sunfire Cape is good with Gnar assuming that gnar is a initiator in this build) and I lastly Build Trinity Force = Mobility , Damage, sustain. If it really gets lategame You could switch your elder lizard into Blade of the ruined king for more Dmge. But if your enemy have like Dr mundo you should consider buying Blade of the ruined king as your 3rd - 4th item :)
You Master Your Q First For Clearing Faster And Poking if your gonna gank. You Max your W 2nd to have dueling/kiting power. you max your E last. You gonna pick your R whenever you needed.
I prefer Smite + Flash
Smite ofc your jungling and Flash bcoz it can be played Offensively and Defensively
Ghost = You could consider taking Ghost also if you feel like wanna kite hard.
Teleport = you could also take Teleport It can really turn a fight around (My personal preference, don't get this)
Ignite = You could also take ignite but you will lack in mobility assuming that you'll be getting your trinity force last or 2nd to the last item :)
Exhaust = You can also get this if your team really need more exhaust or your support doesn't get it.
Heal = Naah I don't like this after the nerf.
Clarity = Really ? For Your mom's sake don't get this.
Cleanse = Uhhm You can buy QSS and you're the initiator you don't need this and you won't be focus either :3
Barrier = Don't need this.
Clairvoyance = Not Absolutely this one !
When You Gank. Try to save half of your rage or maybe 70 - 80 so that you'll maximize your damage and when you gank, and you keep auto attacking your enemy don't be Mega Gnar quickly try maximizing the dmge of the passive of your "W" it can really deal tons of damage. (but if you need to be mega gnar quickly "NEEDED" then go ahead) Gnar Can even execute a well Gank bcoz of the Elder Lizard slow + your Q . its a 70% chance that you'll kill the one you we're gaking.(exp for necessary champions that is so tanky)
Well Gnar is one of the junglers that can execute a pretty well Invades with your teammates. The Q Boomerang POke of Gnar is Huge. and can even land a perma slow if you position correctly. assuming that you have 3-4 allies back uping you , they could burn there ignites get a kill , get the buff and bingo ! your invade completed :)
