Gnar, is an really OP Toplaner if you know how to master him. With this guide on Top Gnar you will surely learn how to play him well.

Pros:

+ Can easily escape ganks while in Mini Gnar
+ Lot of mobility while in Mini Gnar

In Mega Gnar Gnar can be very usefull in Teamfights. He has a lot of cc, and can cc or do damages to multiple targets and he can easily tank the ennemy attacks while you and your team are killing them. If there are multiple target in the same location and you are in Mega Gnar first use Flash or Crunch to be beside them, after use GNAR! to stun them all, followed by Wallop and Boulder Toss. If you are in Mini Gnar and there is a team fight, just deal damages to them without entering completly in the team fight or try too pop your Mega Gnar.

If you are in your lane, and you want to Poke or Kill the ennemy champion, just follow my lead. If you are in Mini Gnar, put 2 autoattacks, followed by Boomerang Throw and Hop and repeat, if meanwhile you transform into Mega Gnar use GNAR! then Wallop, and to catch up your ennemy if he manages to get out use Boulder Toss and then Wallop. If you are in Mega Gnar and you want to Kill your ennemy, do they same thing as in Teamfights.

Farming with Gnar is simple, if you are Mini Gnar, stay behind your minions, farm and poke the ennemy champion. If you are in Mega Gnar, use your abilities to farm minions.
