Make it easy!

Hey guys!
I'm here for make this guide easy to understand; i'm not going to write pages and pages of words for explain all, i think that the most part of what i want to say, you've already figured out, watching up there and the notes.
Gnar is so funny to play, just need a bit of practice mostly fot his passive.
I hope you will try this build and you'll enjoy it!

GL, HF!

Pros

+ Very fun to play
+ High mobility with his E and his W's passive
+ Can easily kite and poke in Mini-Gnar form
+ Very tanky in Mega-Gnar form, with a lot of CCs included
+ Can do a perma-stun combo with burst damage
+ Now he's cute, now he's not!

Cons

- Difficoult to use, especially the control of his passive
- Very squishy in Mini-Gnar form
- Low mobility in Mega-Gnar form
- High cooldowns in early game
- Mega-Gnar's skills have a cast time that allow enemies to dodge them

Skills

Boomerang Throw Max this first for have the maximum damage output, for farm, poke, engage etc.

Boulder Toss More damage than Boomerand Throw, but the rock wont come back, you have to catch it!

________________________________________________________________________________________

Hyper What should I say, simply OP: mobility, damage based on %Max Health and... oh, a CC in Mega-Gnar form!

Wallop Can be used only in Mega-Gnar form. A bit of channeling and you stun all enemy in a short line. Use this in R+W combo for maxi stun!

________________________________________________________________________________________

Hop Oh look, he jumped, we can catch him... aaaaand jumped again -.-"

Crunch Same damage of Mini-Gnar's E, he wont jump again but it's an AOE skill!

GNAR! GNAAAAAAAAAAR! And stun, and more damage. Really nice skill, can be used for engage or disengage! This is why Gnar prefers to fight in the jungle or in a tight spaces.

Summoner Spells

Flash Take flash for have another escape way, but if you can manage well your E, you can change this with Teleport.

Ignite Ignite allows you to finish an enemy or reduce his healing, it's a good Spell, but if you want, you can change this with Exhaust.

Alternatives:
Teleport is a great spell for ganks when enemies don't expect, for split push or for reach your team when you are far.

Exhaust is really good vs Tryndamere or similar, this spell will give you a good advantage!

Phases

Early Game Take your Doran's Blade, your loyal HP Potion, your yellow trinket and GO! Don't be scared of enemy top laner, you can easily zone him or poke him, forcing him to be scared of you!
Your should do your first recall when you have enought gold to buy a second Doran's Blade, the L1 Boots (very important), a Vampiric Scepter for sustain and wards for prevent ganks.

Mid Game Your Mid Game is kinda strong, just because you have your passive that gives you A LOT of things that allows you to not die!
For this reason, you should find some openings in your lane or in other lanes for fight and take objectives such as Mid Tower (The most important tower) or drake.

Late Game You Late Game is stronger than Mid Game, remember that! When you are in Mega-Gnar form, you take a lot of AD, Resistences, HP/5 and more AD Ratio on your skills, in addition to other Crowd Controls.

Teamfights

TEAMFIGHTS
You should know what I'm about to say, Gnar is fantastic in teamfight but he have a little flaw: when enemies see that you just reconverted, they'll engage you 99% sure, because you'll lose your tankyness, becoming squishy and more easily to kill.
Try to engage with E while transforming, maybe activating the Youmuu's ability for the movement speed's boost and try to catch more enemis that you can for stun or just for disrupt.
You can also use your CCs for defend your ADC from a wild assassin that want to kill him.

Remember that: You have a lot of utility, for your team, with your skills and your items such as Randuin or Locket, so don't go out of the fight, rather die fighting!!!
