This is mostly a clone of the top rated urgot build, with skills, runes, and masteries changed for the worse. Attack damage runes are never worth using, though they may indeed be better than cooldown reduction. You also completely neglected mana, and with this build you will have none, ever. -1

Doing very good right now with an item build similar to this, half-tank half-caster runes and some small changes to the masteries.

For masteries, I specced 7 in defense to get 3/3 in strength of spirit. I left 1 point in Haste. This becomes very useful endgame after getting Tear of Goddess and then the subsequent tier 3 item because with that mastery, more mana = more hp regen. Which leads me to my next point: I understand Manamune works with lifesteal in giving you more dmg but wouldn't Archangel's staff be more useful when combined with Strength of Spirit and also it increases dmg and survivability through skills. Also, I think Frozen heart would sub well for Frozen Mallet if you're looking for more survivability.
