You don't have a build order, just a general set of items to get, which I'm not a fan of. Captain's isn't strong on Cho'gath due to his lack of instant gapclosers. Your Runes are questionable as well: scaling armor isn't as helpful as AP would be, and AD marks aren't as good as MPen on Cho (Unless you have trouble last hitting). Enchanted Armor is worse than Recovery. Runic Shield is significantly worse than Tenacious or Second Wind. Not taking Legendary Armor is a huge oversight. Make sure you mention that the job of a tank is to unload all of their spells, then stay in the fight and try to survive focus until you can cast again. Right now you make it sound like you should just Rambo in and soak fire. Warmogs is super overrated on Cho because he gets so much free health that it's better to just get armor/mr on him. You should add a section on how to lane as well.
