You will sell the boots late and buy your last Bloodthirster. Go out on lane earliest at lvl4-5
an let one at your team pull the golem so you can get the blue and get to lvl 2. If your teams solo top are having problem, you should go out at lvl 3 and use your parrley alot on the AD-carry so they dont get the xp farm that they need. At lvl 5 you should run from top and mid and have a "hard" gank so you will win mid, but don't forget your top. at lvl 6 you should ulti help on bot so they can push the lane "hard". If you still have problem top ask mid or one from bot to come up and help on a gank. use parrley also to last hit minions and heroes to get a nice farm, cause you get more gold if you kill with parrley. If you have ulti ready and are not going in to a gank you can use ulti on big minion pushes to get xp and gold.
