This build will help you improve your critical strike chance by a drastic amount to the point where you can assume every hit is going to be a critical hit. The build looks like a troll build but that is incorrect, I use this build every time i play gangplank and he is my main champion in draft or ranked. The point of this build allows you to play extremely offensively against any opponent, whether it be a tank or a spell caster it wont matter you'll be able to hit hard and fast enough to the point that armor doesn't matter at all. The life steal comes in handy and is the main point of your survivability, without it you would die fairly quickly considering that you do not have that much health or armor. The armor and magic resist runes are to help you along early game so that hopefully you can stay in lane just a little bit longer than most. This build also allows you to solo top lane because of the critical hits and life steal early game.
