ITS A DAMN GLITCH WITH THE WEBSITE!

It's not his fault, the masteries WERE fine. But the site is having some problems and is displaying season 1 masteries. Please don't down-vote this guide for that matter...

aside from it being extremely outdated with the old mastery set, it's mastery set didnt even fill up to 30. it also was wild inside, with plenty of build orders that are much better fit for the game

Before saying the quide is flawed because you are constantly oom, consider that you might be doing something wrong. First of all your ideal composition on bot lane is with a support and in the current metagame support starts out with an item that gives mana regen aura, the Fairy charm. Second of all you should only be spending mana on harassing ur opponents with Q. you should only use the other 2 skills of neccesary, not just for cheer damage output. Use your dash to dodge skills hots, escape incoming damage or chase when you have harrassed your opponent enough and are certain you will kill him if he doesnt flash and you dont get stunned. Use your smokscreen only as a CC skill. it is a slow and a blind. If you or your mate is dying use it to escape, if you are chasing, and once again have confirmed that you are able to kill, use it to slow.
When killing minions just use your normal attack, unless you can get 3 minions with a skill where you would get only 1-2 with auto attack.

if you follow all these steps you should not be getting oom till lvl 5-6 unless more than 2 ganks happened in your lane.

actually it is completely counter productive to get a black cleaver when they have 2+ bruisers. you see bruisers mainly have above average armor, a lot of HP and a gap closer. why would you build a black cleaver that just rapes enemies that have less then 100 armor, WHEN they have characters that have more than 150 armor? Build the black cleaver when they have a failing tank, and no or hardly any offtank. Build LW when they have more than 1 person with 140+ armor.

Just for the black cleaver VS last whisperer.
its very easy to calculate this with max stacks on cleaver (-45 armor).
lets say a malphite or something has 15 armor. - 25 from runes is 125 armor. 125 - 45 = 80 armor.
If we had a last whisperer that would mean 125 * 0.6 = 75 armor. in other words with these runes a last whisperer reduces more armor then TBC from about 140 armor. you also have to consider that Last whispere counts every shot, where with TBc only the fourth shot has 45 reduced armor on it.
i highly recommend LW over the black cleaver. Also with 2 phantom dancers instead of berserker greaves you get 400 movement speedish. Idd say keep the berserker greaves and switch your FM with another phantom dancer / Guardian angel. or keep the FM but switch your berserker greaves with a phantom dancer.

Infinity Edge is the best default item for every AD Carry.

Bloodthirster should only be taken when you are ahead mid game and can quickly build into another item.

Black Cleaver should only be used when they have 2+ Bruisers.
