Summoner Spells
ahh the summoner spells well.. I like to go

Ignite for finishing up kills or just taking away most of their healing powaahZ when fighting And flash mainly for getting out of bad situations but it could be used to finish up an easy kill that is just out of your range.
is good but i usually ask my support to get that.
also good but i dont like to too much If your good with it by all means use it.
Pick this up if your no good with flash. Even if you are good with flash this spell is excellent but i never find myself in a situation where i need to use it.
As for the rest of the spells they are meh and you shouldnt use em. Only half way decent one left is Cleanse and QSS takes care of any disable problems.

You dont really need elixer of brilliance but CDR is always nice
There are some situational items you might want to think about like if they have **** ton of diables
is a good idea.

Masteries
21 in offense tree because your ad carry and if you dont go 21 in offense tree dont play ad carry. and 9 in defense tree because i like to build graves not so much as a glass cannon but more of a hmm... ....steel cannon. You can go 9 in utility but i wouldn't recommend it since defense is better.
Runes
For marks I take 9 in flat attack damage for easier last hitting early game. You can also go 3 armor pen and 6 flat ad that works too. For Seals I go Flat armor for winning exchanges ergo winning lanes. Glyphs same as Seals but magic resist. Quints I go Flat attack dmg same as marks
Farming
Your an ad carry so basically all your gonna be doing is last hitting the first half of the game
After your first back farming(last hitting) will become so easy and you'll be winning exchanges.
Summary
Same as title play graves ~win
Because as of right now graves is probably the strongest all around ad carry he can do anything all the other ad carries can the same if not better. But if you dont like the short range your S*** outta luck!!
P.S. This is basically just a build with a few tips..dOnt hate :P
