I tried graves today and ended up with 22/2. Great build.
I got 5 and a half turrets by myself. I carried the team alot. Winning the game with the kill ratio of 48/16 and losing 2 turrets others untouched. Thanks Sumbohdebeast :)

Seeing Graves players (hell, pretty much ANY carry) take Berserker boots AND Zeal/PD before BFS makes me cringe. IMHO it's bad on most carries, but especially so on Graves, since you're voluntarily nerfing your selling point, burst from Q & R. The thing that really makes early BFS scary on Graves is how he can take you down almost instantly with well-aimed combo from the two.

Edit: Almost missed: "A bit squishy in early game"? Graves is one of the sturdiest carries in the game!
