Spells

Graves defintely need Flash and you can choose Heal as most of the ADCs or if you are more offensive I think you can opt for Ignite too.

Runes

Most of ADCs mains use the standard
9xAttack Damage reds
9xArmor yellows
9xMagic Resist or 6xMagic Resist and 3xAttack Speed blues
3xAttack Speeds Quint

Skill Sequence

You masx Q because it is the only big source of damage.It can one shot when it's return if you are feeded and you have items against a squishy targets.

Summary

Graves is one of the strongest ADCs right now because of his buff with his old Q in his basic and the new Q which deals tons of damage(like the trinity force :))
