in all honesty I feel like picking up atmas without some sort of item that stacks alot of hp onto you is just a waste of space. drop it for cleaver or anything for that matter.... in addition to that your skill order doesnt make sense why would you get quickdraw 1st? it has little use at 1st level

Nice build. I'd recommend getting an infinity edge instead of atma's impaler, but what you're doing right now is pretty viable. Atma's is mostly used on tanky characters though.

Also, try and work on the formatting a bit.
