+1. A good guide that looks interesting and has good reasoning behind choices. I would say show some more possible summoner spells. Also it isn't very clear what the FINISH WITH... items are for and how they fit into the build, you need to explain that more.

i think you should call it nidalee off tank because warmogs and zhonyas aren't glass cannon :P

A good start so far. I won't vote just yet though.
Your ideas seem to be fine, but they need more explanation. Go into more in-depth (possibly add some pictures for teamfights and such).
Another section that will really help is a Match-Ups Section. Knowing how to play against different opponents is key, especially for a versatile champion like Nidalee.
Also, adding champions that work well with Nid would help. Nidalee is pretty situational, as you need a team to complement your poke (maybe a Sona Ezreal combo in the bot lane or an Elise top)
These are just ideas, I think your info is good and this has the makings of a great guide!
