I don't need more than one chapter to explain Singed. Early game, start up your Q, farm minions, and run towards your lane opponent. If they let you get close, run behind them and let them run through your poison. When they go to run away, just E them and run in front of them. If they attack you, run towards your tower, and if they chase you to it, throw your W down in your tower range and E them into it. If you are pushed forward and the try to attack you, run towards, their tower, let them get behind you, and E them towards their tower. Then just run away. At the later point of the game, when you have more movement speed, run towards the enemy team and let them start to chase you. Then run away and let them chase you. With both your R and Ghost up, no one on the enemy team should be able to catch you. This will also allow you to run straight through the enemy team and get them to chase you. You can use the active on Seraph's Embrace to help you stay alive if you do that. This is an effective way to get the enemy team off of your base if they try to push. Final thing to remember, in team fights, use your W and E combo to get people off of your main damage dealers on your team. You are Singed. You have a lot of health and a lot of mana. You aren't the main damage dealer. You can deal a lot of damage, and you can take a lot of damage, but you need your team to effectively when a teamfight.
