Introduction to this guide
Hello everyone here's my first guide and it's about an underestimated champion, Zac.
It's an in-depth guide of zac jungle, but i'll release a support zac guide soon too.
I play him since a long time and i'm always having fun with him.
In this guide you'll learn how to play Zac (approximatly,i'm not challenger yet xD)
That is how I play Zac, and I think it's pretty effective but you can modify the stuff, runes, masteries or gameplay according to your preferences.

The summoners spells are not very original but they are necessary. There's no variant for those spells.
: Thanks to this summoners, you can engage after your E if you were too far at the beggining but you can also escape from traps or fights.
: Necessary if you want to jungle in season 5.
So you got
R>W>E>Qdepending on what you max first.
Concerning the runes, multiples choices are possible, depending on your preferences. Personally, I chose a bundle of Hp and tankies runes but you can also take movement speed or a bit of Ap in your runes. But the real pleasure with Zac is to be an immortal frontlaner :p.
: 9x Greater Mark of Armor : +8 Armor. Armor is usefull to clean the jungle without taking too much damages and to tank more the ennemy ad carries.
: 9x Greater Seal of Scaling Health : +12 Hp at level 1 and +216 at level 18.
More interessant than the flat health seals because your goal is to reach late game, where Zac reach his powerspike.
: 9x Greater Glyph of Magic Resist : +12 Magic Resist. You need magic resist to prevent damages from the ennemy ap carries.
: 3x Greater Quintessence of Health : +78 Hp. Once again, more Hp i will not say anymore why, i think you have understand xD.
In the Attack tree, I take the cooldown reduction, the scaling ap bonus,the flat ap bonus and the butcher skill to clean faster, because you don't need more. A little bit of cdr and ap is all you need in offense.
In the defense tree, the skills are basic too and the keywords of these masteries are Hp, health regen and tankyness.
Here's my stuff, 6000Hp at the end of the game, tanky as ****, so the best stuff for our blob
The mains items are:
: I chose this smite to clean fast and regenerate a lot of hp in the jungle. I think that the blue smite is not so utile with Zac because you will engage from far away and your opponent won't see you. The Cinderhulk enchantment is just broken because it gives you a lot of tankyness and a little sunfire cape.
: These Boots are for me the best boots on zac because it gives you a lot of movement speed, so a possibility to gank fast everywhere around the rift. You can also take other boots, but i'll talk about that later.
: This item is just the best item on Zac. First, you will regenerate a lot of Hp with your blob, thanks to the passive of this item, you gain hp and also magic resist. What else? Cooldown reduction. :)
: The Righteous Glory gives you a lot of Hp, Base regeneration but the Unique Passive is way better. It's a very good way to engage, or to force a push after an ace. Very effective.
: More Hp, That's all you need with Zac.
: Hp, Armor, Slow, all you need is tank! ♪♫♪
: The big Blob! You'll be bigger and it give tenacity, useful when you are the frontlaner.
However, depending on who is fed in the ennemy team, the items you'll buy can be different. Here are some items interessant to build.
: A nice item if you needs Hp and magic resist or if the ennemy team have a lot of Crowd control. (What a pain to be ulted by a Sejuani and doing nothing while your allies are getting shrekt xD)
: Buy this Item if the ennemy team has got carries based on the auto attack. This item reduce the Attack speed And gives you a lot of armor, it's really interesting.
: Once again a lot of armor and a unique passive really strong against ad carries or champions such as Zed or Talon. They will suicide on you if they want to trade.
: For more magic resist and tenacity.
: For more armor.
: A very nice item if you have a 3 AP composition. The Unique Aura will synergise well with you role of frontlaner while the item will give you magic resist and a litlle bit of AP.
The useful map (jungling route, gank spots...)
On this map you got:
-In blue the jungling route when you are blue side (for the early game only)
-In red the jungling route when you are red side (for the early game only)
-In yellow some of the best spots to gank the ennemy team
-In pink some of the best spots to place a pink ward and where they are useful
-In green the spot you must ward when you want to give your blue or take then ennemy blue
-In red circles, the rift scuttler you must take as often as possible to guarantee vision and mobility
Tips & Tricks
-You may find it logic but when you think you are going to die, try to get as closer as you can from your allies or turrets to be safe in your passive form.
-You can also tell to your toplaner to care and teleport on any of your blob when you die. It guarantee a revive 90% of the time.
-Use your tankyness and mobility to tower dive! You can easily tower dive the ennemy from his jungle (use the map above to see, precisely at the yellow points). He will not have vision of you most of the time so your E will hit every time and if your E hits, it's a free kill assured.
