This is my first guide ever, so do not judge me. I have found Yorick to be a very viable jungler. Having huge sustainability after lvl 2, and an amazing slow to help him gank lanes very easily. So give this guide a try.
Greater Glyph of Shielding: Basic Jungler glyphs. Everyone needs MR
Greater Glyph of Focus: Yorick has decently low cooldowns, this will help you clear the jungle faster
Greater Mark of Desolation: Armor Pen is just a filler until I find a different mark to use, this is my general jungler mark
Greater Seal of Defense: Basic Jungler seals. Everyone needs Armor
Greater Seal of Clarity: I don't find mana to be all too much of a problem, this just helps for when your midlaner needs the blue buff
Greater Quintessence of Swiftness: Due to the fact that Yorick does not do as well starting boots as he does starting cloth armor, he may need a little help maneuvering around the battlefield, this is my go to quint.
I am sorta new to this, don't flame me for not knowing how to link the damn mastery page here...I'll just explain my reasoning for 0/21/9. Yorick, being very strong, even without too much damage, can use the defensiveness of the mastery to his advantage. He gets extra cdr and movement speed from initiator and enlightenment which helps very well in ganking and farming the jungle. Expanded mind helps him gain more damage on his manamune due to it's passive of adding 2% of Yorick's max mana into ad. I have built Yorick 9/12/9 which works almost just as well for jungling, but I like the 0/21/9 more due to survivability it gives.
If you follow my build you should end with the following. Mercury treads, Frozen Heart, Manamune, Randuin's Omen, Frozen Mallet, and Atma's Impaler. I feel that all of these items are vital to Yorick although there could be some variation taken on them if needed. Phage could be built into a trinity-force if Yorick is fed enough, or instead of Atma's you could build a guardian angel, or a force of nature.
Maxing E over W gives more sustain in the jungle. While the slow from omen of pestilence is great for ganking, this build is not focused on ap scaling like the ability. Grabbing all 3 of your ghouls at level 3 will help you finish the jungle clear faster due to Yorick's passive, wich gives reduced damage and increased auto attack damage for each ghoul alive.
Creeping / Jungling
Start wolves with damage from your bot lane or top laner and mid, then get a leash from your mid and bot or top on blue buff. Then run the normal jungle route until level 4. At that point look to gank a lane. If you are blue, aim for mid or bot, and if you are purple aim for mid or top. After that gank as much as possible, while farming lanes if your laners are dead.
Yorick is a fun champ, whom can very easily play anywhere with a little bit of thought. Hope you enjoyed this guide, and please leave feedback so I can improve my game.
