BackFlip2007: It'll get better the more runes and masteries you get. As long as it's doable, you should be able to jungle at your current level and still do fine.

includeownage: Wriggle's has more utility which is often necessary for a jungler. Keep in mind that bloodrazor only works until the enemy gets some decent MR. I'll add your screenshot in a bit.

Nefertum: Cool, have fun! Thanks for the vote.

Tadanori Oyama: Thanks, have fun!

Azayaz: That's kind of a rude thing to say on someone's guide comments, especially since it's unfounded. My runes and masteries (and even early skill sequence) are completely different. My item build may seem similar, but that's hardly reason to call someone out on "copying." If that were the case, then every AD carry build could be considered "copying" someone else's build since they're all pretty much identical.

And for the record, the randuin's change was a result of the Atma's nerf, plus I've been using Frozen Mallet a lot longer than Oddone has (he used warmog's for a long time until recently).

And I don't really care if you were seriously calling me a plagiarist or if it was meant as a joke. I didn't think it was funny.

Down arrow. You changed the build and I no longer approve.

l2l Scary: No problem, glad you're having success with Nocturne.

Bellator: That's unfortunate. Keep in mind that the only thing that's completely different is the cheatsheet. I simply replaced some of the old core items with situationals and vice versa. Since the atma's nerf, randuin's is simply a better option.

But I doubt I'm going to convince you to change your vote. If you're looking for the Assassin Build, it's in the new Alternative Builds section. There's a more tanky build with Aegis there as well.

Thanks for this guide, I am having much more success now (I used to play the assassin noc).
However, why don't you switch Wriggle's with Atma's in late game?
Without Wriggle's you have -30 armor, -23 ad, -12 lifesteal, -free ward and no random proc on minions.
Now take Atma's and you will have +45 armor, +45 ad (cause of ~3000hp), and 18 crit chance, nearly the 20% proc from Wriggle's, however, it works on champions too. A crit will deal even more damage than the Wriggle's proc. So what you really lose is 12 lifesteal. Nevertheless, 20% from BT and 3% from masteries should be enough. And one ward every 3 minutes should not hinder your damage output/tankiness and there is still the support player who will only buy 5 items and still put wards in late game.
Of course it takes some time to get to the point, when you can afford to switch those items, but assuming that ad carrys deal so much damage once they get some items, extra armor can be awesome.
I would like to hear your opinion; after all it is your guide I'm playing with.

I don't include late game substitutions because they're rarely needed and situational at best. Feel free to take a look at the Situational Items section to see if there are any items that you could substitute. Swapping out Wriggle's late game is fine.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a super late game item build for Nocturne, as well as what role Nocturne really plays in a super late game team fight. So far, this is what I've been doing and it seems to work well:

I replace Wriggles with a Hexdrinker (mini Maw of Malim) as soon as I can afford it. Eventually, I build it up to a Maw.

If the game goes on long enough, I spend my trust fund of gold by replacing Wit's End with a Madred's Bloodrazor. I was also considering a Phantom Dancer, but haven't tried it out. Since my Maw of Mal now provides MR, the MR lost from replacing Wit's End shouldn't be needed (much) anymore.

As far as my role during the late game, I immediately use ult on their AD carry when the fight starts. This seems to scramble up their team fight majorly, causing the enemy team to either focus me (a good thing), or force their AD to stop attacking things.

Let me know what you guys think.

Well one, I get madred's instead of wit's end. Next I replace Randuin's with a ionic spark. And finally a wriggles can be replaced with either another blood thirster, or as you do, the Maw.
