Hey!!!! Its my first build I've ever posted, so please be nice and positive/ constructive feedback only please! Try out the build,and tell me what you think!!!! :D

I made this build because I find Annie is a great champion to play, but only if played right, and I have seen ad Annie before sadly. Also, make sure you take mid whenever you can and remember to sell your Doran's ring whenever you want a litle boost of money to get an item.

I always harass with Disintegrate because of its range, and its burst damage. Annie's passive is great, but you wont always have it and you will run out of mana. That's where Annie's Molten shield comes in handy, use it whenever you can, even if you are not in combat until you get your stun. It is great for that because it has a lower mana cost than Annie's other attacks. One great thing about Annie that has gotten me many kills is TIBBERS! Tibbers is a great ultimate attack because its not just burst damage, but the bear stays with you, burns enemies around it over time, and attacks!!!! One great thing that you can do with Tibbers is run away from someone and still hurt them over time with Tibbers if they chase you. I've gotten many kills like this. Don't try to do it if you are not a professional, I can't even do it by trying to but, it will probably happen without you knowing, and the enemy's health will be dropped enough that you can burst the rest down and kill them.

I prefer to start with Rod Of Ages first because of Catalyst the Protector because of its passive of health and mana regeneration and most importantly, Rod of Ages gives Ability Power. My second item is Rylai's Crystal Scepter because of the Ability Power and it adds tankiness, and you always want that so you stand a chance in fights. Feel free to switch Abyssal Scepter for a Rabadon's Deathcap if you feel like you want more Ability Power. I think the rest of the items are pretty self explanatory.
