thank you for your criticism as it was creating it in Portuguese because I saw that there were many mistakes in English so difficult to understand the build and used the google translator to do it all by was excited too much I forgot to review everything.

Couldn't understand what you were saying, at all.

Didn't really like the rune setup, because you were using a 6/3 pattern.

You updated the masteries, but you didn't take out the Greater Totems (they no longer exist).

The Fury mastery doesn't give Rampage a cooldown reduction, only an AS increase.

The Lifesteal/Spellvamp mastery only increases the lifesteal and spellvamp you build in the game. You have only one lifesteal item per build, so it's just a waste of your mastery point. Hecarim's W already gives you sustain besides, so you don't really need BORK or Ravenous Hydra.

Dead Man's Plate should be a required item in your build due to the bonus movement speed, armour, and HP it gives you. The item is 2800 gold, so it's less expensive than Black Cleaver and TriForce.

The Unique Passives on TriForce and Black Cleaver do NOT stack, so having both items in one build is just wasting space. It would be more cost-efficient to get TriForce and Maw of Malmortius if you want to build a lot of damage.
