Well you have requested a review from me and I shall do it. However know this: There will be not vote coming from this. Due to the fact that I have not found the ideal build to make Hecarim fully shine I cannot give a certain opinion of any builds.

Anyway the review:

- Your summoner spells work fine and your rune choices fit what I would do so nice job on that. Your build however.......well you just need to stop. Take ALL items that are situational out. Your build should consist of 6 and ONLY 6 fully built items that you buy on a regular basis. The only items that I KNOW you want in your build are Wriggle's Lantern, Mercury's Treads, and Trinity Force.

- Your introduction is short but its okay. Put spaces in-between your text and your pictures so they don't fall on top of each other.

- Saying that Hecarim is not team dependent in your Pros & Cons section is wrong. Hecarim is very team dependent based on the fact that 2 of his skills require someone else to know what they are doing and help you to fully take advantage what you are doing.

- You need to make a Situational Items section. Once again I want to know why you pick your 6 items and how they are beneficial. I do not what to know about your 6 items and 20 different ones at the same time. Also having icons in the middle of your text makes it look stupid (sorry for the harshness) and out of place. If your are going to talk about items, characters, etc in a paragraph make it should like this: Hecarim by typing {{Hecarim}} and replacing {} with []

- Get Sheen first and Phage second in Trinity Force. 75% of my games are spent playing champions with Trinity Force and this is the best start even for Hecarim

- Defensive items and Situational items should be in their own section with giving a recommendation as to which item it should replace in your main build.

- Again icons in the text are weird in your Summoner Spell section.

- You have the Champion Spotlight only for his abilities. Do not do that. No one is really only going to watch that section. Instead make a section for just the Champion Spotlight after your Introduction.

- Except for icons in the text or Ability set and Jungling sections look fine.

- Again besides the icons in the text your ganking section is fine.

Over to your grades:

Visuals: 6/10
Information: 7/10
Organization: 6/10

This come to a 19/30 which is average. Normally this is enough for me to up-vote but like I have said I do not feel right on voting on a build that I have no idea is the full potential of Hecarim or not. I am not saying it does not work for him. I am saying that if you take my advice and call me back for another review by that time I should have a good idea whether this is really good or not.

Build Overall, is not that good. He needs to be a bit more tanky to be an initiator
