Chapter 1 - Introduction
Welcome to Caedo's guide in laning with Hecarim and Varus. These champions are new, and though they are both AD, they are carry nor bruiser. While Hecarim excells in speed and ganking, Varus is strong in taking down enemies form a distance. Hecarim is a champion that needs team support, he can't do much by himself, and thats why I chose Varus to lane with him. They are able to do tons of damage, while not being (real) squishy and having no escape mechanism. But whithout defensive items, they still fall. Varus is able to destruct an enemy from afar, and when ganked, he can use his Hail of Arrows to stop them. When ganked by two enemies, he's terrebly lost, if his Chain of Corruption and Hail of Arrows are on cooldown. That's the moment Hecarim comes in. One of these enemies has already been slowed and Hecarim's Devestating Charge blow the other away. Hecarim has a high amount of survivability because of his Spirit of Dread. While Varus darkens the sky with AA, Hecarim stays alive with SoD. Using his Rampage, he can hit both, blasting their health away. All I wanna say, is that they're born to lane with eachother.
My job is to make u lvl up, gain IP and make the enemy cry!^^
