I just tried it out in a game. It gives you very good early game sustain and you have damage as well. There are also no mana issues with this build

I feel kinda sorry for the upcoming post, but I am really feeling the need to. But also for me, I will have to list a few bad things I noted while reading:

(Keep in mind that I do not downvote your guide and only give my opinion, when I feel that you seriously tried your best on resolving my problems I find with this guide, it will become an upvote. So its only win-win for you.)

• The first thing I noted was that you called your own guide in-depth, while when you leave out the BB-coding, its not much more than one page... You should not use that when it is not rightful.
• If you feel that you are dealing less damage because the enemies are buying magic resist, you should buy a Void Staff instead of using ad runes. With flat ad you will never be doing any good damage on Heimerdinger
• You mention armor seals in one specific part in your chapter on runes, while everywhere else I find mana regen
• As mentioned before, I see lots of major errors in spelling or grammar. I make some errors from time to time as well, but this looks awkward.
