nice build, but when i have the set complete (mostly games) i dont know what item buy for my empty(s) slots.

Read the description.
There's information about items there. Mobafire has a 5000 word requirement for a reason, descriptions matter as much as the item sequence.

If it wouldn't cause 10x more downvotes, I'd lead the item sequence out, so everyone would just have to read it.

Nice build, the only thing I have found about this build is if up against an enemy Pantheon., His jump will stop your pushes very easily. I find its always best to work with your team to start a squabble somewhere else, as you grab a tower or two.

... Pantheon's a pain for all champions right now.
Jump-stun, Fury Swipes, Spear in the face, you dead or scared wet. Riot knows this and plans to make changes.

Nice build. I think you're right on saying that turrets are of less importance after the nerf. I have yet to try out this build yet, but i have a question. I tend to rush for Archangel's staff first because my Heimers are very mana thirsty and the tear of the goddess does not help much. Would this be because i tend to re-place my turrets whenever i get the chance? (when my minions are pushing and the enemy minions get out of range from my turrets, i tend to re-place my turrets immediately)

Early game, that is the worst thing you can do. You always want to keep your turrets in a good spot around where the minions meet. You want to outlast your enemies without overextending.
If the minions get ahead, I stay in exp range and harass with Rockets, waiting for the enemy wave to push back to my turrets. Unless I'm totally dominating a scrub, I never keep pushing.

Rushing Archangels does not help your Mana issues. All it does is make you stronger and gives virtually the same mana as Tear, which is why I rush Tear -> Rylai.

Although I generally prefer to get rockets first instead of turrets, your build is really good for getting that lane locked down tight. Enemy champions get chipped down quickly and turret sniping is always good to get them cowering.
