Looks interesting, but i'd like to know a few things, why two Rabadon's? i son't think this is very useful,and i would replace clarit with flash or ghost with flash, because really heimer doesn't need to chase, and flash is a better escape mech.

dun really like the idea of taking mana rune instead of mana regen rune. using mana regen rune improve ur effective mana to use and eliminate the need to take clarity.

and u might wan to include alternative rune

@ Skorpiion: The reason I use two Deathcaps is because it's the highest AP item there is, even without the passive 30% bonus, and my ultimate goal is to get as much AP as I can squeeze in. I've looked at all the other AP items, and none are as good towards that end. It also includes the Crystal Scepter and Void Staff, which have the the 2nd and 4th highest AP out of all available items, I believe. If someone doesn't want a second Deathcap, Morello's Evil Tome could be a good replacement, but it comes down to whether the 12 mp/5 and 20% CDR is worth sacrificing half the AP. For me, it's not. But that's just me.

I've always found Ghost to be a lot more useful overall than Flash; there've been a large number of times I've snagged that tough kill because I was able to get close enough to fire my rockets at that annoying champ that consistently got away with only a half a bar of health. The goal of this build is to pump out as much damage and get as many kills as possible, so to that end, I find it a lot more useful.

@DarthEVIL: Good idea about the alternative runes. Like I said, this is my first guide, so I'm still ironing out the kinks, lol. And I'll have to play around with the mp/5 vs flat mana runes. I'll update this as I go along.

I'd highly suggest dropping the second Deathcap for a second Archangel's Staff.
Instead of a flat +140AP (because the passive won't stack), you get (at 3000 mana) 135 and 25 mana regen. The passive won't take effect, obviously, but you should easily reach OVER 3k mana, which means more AP. In fact, you hit the 140 AP mark at 3167 mana...
Try it, it's just better.

This build is real close to mine.
The only thing i don't like is the lich bane missing, and the spells you picked.
I usually use teleport and flash, and about the mana issues i just go to the jungle for blue buff.

I am really interested to try at least the item build for my heimy since that is what I am trying to figure out what works best and I always like going lots of AP, though I might switch a deathcap for Hourglass for the active ability is so good to run into the middle of a team fight with your ult active and drop two turrets and hit grenade and missiles then go into stasis if they start attacking you
