Hey guys this is my first guide and I would just like to say thanks for taking your time to read and test out my heimy build.
Pros / Cons
Can keep towers in his lane up with his passive.
He has high damage output with level 5 turrets
Can kill almost anyone if fed
Relies on ganks for most kills early game
This is probably the most important thing to remember as heimerdinger when soloing top, DON'T PUSH. As heimerdinger is very squishy, the enemy jungler (assuming they have one) will just gank top and you will feed. And if the enemy team has 2 at top there is no way you can push without dying ALOT. To prevent you from feeding ALWAYS have one turret in the bush right below your lane (I will add a map soon to show you where I mean) and one in lane near your teams tower. This way you cant be ganked and you will get a lot of CS. Use your w and e to farm and poke your enemy. And remember if you play too aggressive your jungler cant gank top and you will be ganked by the enemy jungler way too much.
For marks I use magic pent marks as those seem to work our well for me.
For seals I use flat ap so I have some burst early game.
For glyphs I use ap per level as that is helpful later game.
Finally for quints I use flat ap for extra burst early game.
For quints ap per level is also viable.
For masteries I go with 21-0-9 taking ap in offence and mana regen in utility (look at the masteries tree at the beginning.
The items are pretty much recommended items for heimy. The 6th item in your build is situation. Ill go with a second rabadon sometimes as it gives more ap. If you are still very mana hungry you can go with an archangel staff. If you want more sustain go with a will of the ancients. If they have an ap heavy team go with a force of nature. If they have an ad heavy team go with a thornmail. I rarely even make it to my 6th item as heimy because I usually win by surrender before finishing my build.
First max your q then w then e and take points in your ult whenever you can. That's all there is to it.
For summoner spells I take ignite and flash. I use ignite to finish off enemies. I use flash for quit getaways. Other viable spells are exhaust, heal, and ghost. Avoid all other summoner spells as they are wasted on heimy.
When a team fight brakes out place down 2 turrets asap. They activate your ulti. After that, you will need to use your e to stun and blind the enemy so your team isn't dealt damage. Use your w to deal out damage to all 5 of the enemy champs. And remember always focus the squishy champions with your basic attacks
