Hey. I don't play Tristana so no comment on runes/masteries/items however I love your section on teamwork. I agree and add this section to all of my guides. Playing as a team is crucial to victory and even in early laning you must have communication. The blame game gets you nowhere so just know your role and try to improve your play not blindly criticize others. Constructive feedback only never just "ZOMG BOT LANE FED SO HARD WE LOSE GG"...and here I go pointing a finger for a moment but it is because of those people that otherwise awesome games get lost and become unfun. This is a game people lighten up. So +1 for me because I love your attitude about teamwork.
Other feedback: Maybe code a bit better/organize things and if people suggest revising your items and runes I would take a look at those to make sure you aren't missing something.

Uh... For most ADC's you're supposed to take both in a sustain build... Adding onto that- you're build renders Tristana super squishy-even for an ADC. A Frozen Mallet, Mercurial Scmitar, Maw of Malmortius, Guardian Angel, etc. would suffice as a 6th defensive item.

I take the Phantom Dancer over the infinity edge in the sustain build, and I give alternative masteries if you bother to read.

Wrong skill sequence, Masteries are pretty much meh, and no Infinity Edge on Main Build? -1

Skill Sequences are all a matter of opinion, and I've never lost a game as Tristana so.... As for the Mastery Tree I don't think its "scary wrong". 9 points in the defensive tree is so... pointless. Taking all of these utilities provides for lots of surprises for the enemy team. Plus if you read the masteries section I give you alternative mastery options.

Also questionable items. Compounded by the fact that you don't suggest alternatives.
