mhmm ! hello guys this is my morde build plz read through and tell me wat u think about it! dont down vote if u havnt tried ! k this build focuses on Health , AP , and Magic resistance ! now morde is a great laner and a great tank ! i prefer for u guys to choose bot and top lane and not mid ! read on !
k guys like my other builds i will start with :

Pros and Cons
- very great pusher
- Very high damage at late game
- Does insane damage when his 1 vs 1
- his fast
- no CC
- team dependent
- depends on items
I RECCOMEND :
Ignite : because with ur ult u will do soo much atk per sec ! so i recommend u to take this spell !
exhaust : u have no CC so u could use this spell to move to an enemy or catch up to him so u could take this spell !
Ghost : Very good spell to run , follow , or get to fights so i recommend you to take this spell !
Flash : Good spell for following and fleeing ! so u could choosse this spell !
THE REST ARE NOT RECCOMENDED BY ME !
Some boots u might use :
Sorcerer's Shoes : i will always use this one for the magic pentration and since all ma skills use ap! but there is always a hard decision between this and boots of swiftness
Ninja tabi : u could use this for the extra dodging since my masteries are on it !
Boots of swiftness : i always use it since it gives me the extra speed but u can also take sorcers shoes its more effective
mercurys-treads : Its good only if there team has alot of CC then u pick it up
Lucidity : I dont think u rlly need it
THE ITEMS IN THIS BUILD
Force of nature : i get this first because it gives me magic resistance , movement speed , and better for staying in lane
warmogs-armor : could use this but remmember u have to farm wen u got it for the extra health and health regen rlly good for health since ur gonna get atma's impaler
Sunfire : By now ull be in team fights tht wen u need sunfire for the free ***its and free kills from who evr is next to you
atmas-impaler : now you would be having so much health and need abit extra armour so you but atmas but also remmember it gives extra damage to 2% of ur health !
Rylias : The last item in ur build and one of the most effective imaging using Siphon of Destruction in a team fight and slowing everyone there !
Mark ; I get magic pentration for max damage on enemies
Seal : give you AP so in the beggining of game you would have an advantage form other tanks
Glyph : I get magic pentration for max damage on enemies
Quintessences : give you AP so in the beggining of game you would have an advantage form other tanks
skill sequence and how to use them
20/25/30% of the damage dealt from abilities is converted into a temporary shield. Maximum shield strength is 620 health. The shield decays by 5% per second
Very good passive tht lets u stay in ur lane for long
Mace of Spades
On next hit, Mordekaiser swings his mace with such force that it echoes out, striking up to 3 additional nearby targets, dealing 80/110/140/170/200 magic damage.
If the target is alone, 140/192.5/245/297.5/350 damage is dealt instead.
I like to use this ability to deal a bit more damage to my enemy champions or farm and charge up my shield a little more.
Unleashes a protective cloud of metal shards to surround an ally, increasing their armor and magic resistance by 10/15/20/25/30 and dealing 24/38/52/66/80 magic damage per second to enemies in the cloud for 6 seconds.
Creeping Death is your main dps and defensive ability.you can put it on an ally to protect him thts the good thing about it.
Siphon of Destruction
Mordekaiser damages enemies in a cone in front of him, dealing 65/105/145/185/225 magic damage.
For each unit hit, Mordekaiser's shield absorbs an additional 1/3/3/4/5 health.
This is very good spell if you use ap it will do so much damage !!!!!!!!
Children of the grave
Steals 24/29/34% of target champion's maximum Health (half stolen initially and half over 10 seconds; deals Magic Damage).
If the target dies while cursed, their soul is enslaved and will follow Mordekaiser for 30 seconds. Mordekaiser gains 20% of their ability power and attack damage, and the pet's stats are enhanced.
Very very very good ult it heals it damages but it needs practice and understanding !

Moves for vlad
(Active): Vladimir drains the lifeforce of his target, dealing magic damage and healing himself for 25% (+0.25 per ability power) of that amount.
Cooldown: 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 3 seconds
Magic Damage: 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+0.6 per ability power)
The best harrasing move for vlad the best thing iss that it has no cost! which makes him farm and get health back like crazy
Sanguine Pool - Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood becoming untargetable for 2.5 seconds. Additionally, enemies on the pool are slowed and Vladimir siphons life from them.
Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood for 2.5 seconds, becoming untargetable and slowing enemies above him by 50%.
Vladmir deals 80/135/190/245/300 (+ (15% of bonus Health)) magic damage over the duration and heals himself for 12.5% of that amount.
Cost - 20% of Current Health
Range - self - AoE
Cooldown - 26/23/20/17/14 seconds.
VERY op move grants you the best 50% slow at rank 1 only!! soo it helps your team like in an insane way
[TIDES OF BLOOD]
(Active): Vladimir unleashes a torrent of blood dealing magic damage to nearby enemies.
Each cast gives him an Empowered stack (max 4), increasing his healing and regeneration by 8% each for 10 seconds. Additionally, his next tides of Blood deals 25% more damage and costs 50% more health per stack.
Cooldown: 4.5 seconds
Area of Effect: 620
Cost: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 Health
Magic Damage: 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+0.45 per ability power)
Very good AOE spell as alot of vlads never use it and say its a bad AOE spell althought it does low damage as your in a fight you can use it multiple times and attacking everyone around which grants you an assist from everyone of those champs
Hemoplague - Vladimir infects an area with a virulent plague. Affected enemies take increased damage damage the units take and deals damage after a few seconds to infected enemies.
Vladimir infects the target area with a virulent plague. Affected enemies take 10/14/18% increased damage for 5 seconds.
After 5 seconds, infected enemies take 200/300/400 (+0.75) magic damage.
Cost - 15% of Current Health
Range - 700
Cooldown - 120 seconds
VERY OP spell its the best too start with in a team fight since it gives everyone extra damage to the targeted people with the ulti very usefull and does very good damage after a period of time.
