Hey guys, this is my first build so if theres bits and bobs missing, please bere with me.
This build is for burning down your opponents before they realised they have been shot at.

Rune Layout and Mastery's
I chose Full Attack Speed, Cant Get Enough of it with Miss Fortune, Faster Attacks = Faster Stacks of Impure. Psh, please, who needs Armour Pen when you shoot twice as fast ;)
Also HP Quints for the start, so you "in theory" should have more HP than alot of champs at the start without wasting starter money on more HP.

As for masteries, i have gone utility and offensive, the main reason for this is Cool Downs and advanced Summoner Spells.

Skill Sequence:

Alot of people prefer to use the Double Up skill first for Harassment, I prefer auto attacking for harassment, i find it does alot of damage and its quick (via rune setup) and free to use. When the enemy try and fight back you use Impure to increase it further again, not to mention you are doing additional damage the longer your shooting the same person. Also the life steal is helping you regain that little bit more hp/shot.

Next would be Make It Rain, which is a brilliant bush check/harrasment, because not only does it slow, its a DOT (damage over time). In this time you would be shooting them faster and faster. If they try and spike you during this early stages then shoot your Make It Rain, behind you, if that doesn't work, then you always have your Exhaust.

After another Boost on Impure Shots, i get Double up, My main Reason behind this is because round this time (level 4-5) i do some jungling, and sprinting from tower to tower.

When your level 6 Get your Ulti (Bullet Time), its a tide changer, it does crazy damage and has a wide AoE for a Skillshot. Then go back to harassment, you never know, you may pick off the people you haven't killed whilst Using Bullet Time

Rinse and Repeat :)

Item Build
First of all, i like to start with the vamp sept, mainly because i go for an early Malady, for the Atk Spd and LfStl, the life steal is more important as you have the Atk Spd covered with the runes, then follow up with daggers. Then buy the Malady (should be cheap with the items already bought, 600gp)

Next would be shoes, hmmm decisions, decisions. Shoes can be Any really, i generally chose the shoes depending on who im laning against, for example, Sions Stun or Morganas Snare is ANNOYING to say the least, so get the Merc treds, if your going to be running around picking people off, get the Mobility shoes. If for whatever reason you insist you need MOAR Atk Spd then get Beserkers.

(both of these work nicely with Impure and runes)

Next go for a BFsword, for its raw DMG, not only should you have your ulti by then, but maybe a second level of it, So not only are you running at insane speeds, you are now attacking at them and dealing heavy damage. So far, So good.

Upgrade it to a BloodThirster, and kills some more people/harass/towers, and get enough for a second BF sword, leading towards your Infinity Edge

After your Inifinity Edge (assuming you are still playing :P ) go for Phage then Frozen Malet, Yes it maybe a tad overkill with now slowing down your enemies and being able to run miles, but after all its a team game, always better to Let It Rain on them and slow them even more, and hey, guess what? you get a nice little bonus HP to go with it.

Generally i get a Warmogs last, but if the game isnt going so well for your team, then i get something that makes me a little more "beefy" and "fearable". Nice Hp, Nice Regen, what else can you ask for?

Lastly, if you are doing Very well, then put the cherry on the top and add a Bloodrazor, not only will this add to your Atk Spd, but its unique passive allows you to rip through overs.
