Why hello everyone! Glad you took the time to check this out.
To begin, I'd like to apologize for the build incompleteness. I bought Fiora as soon as she came out, and am still mastering her quirks and such. Anyway, I'll be editing this as I go along, so don't judge me if you perceive a weakness, I'll probably notice in game and change the build to counteract it.

Why This Build?
Because the suggested build is ******ed. Fiora's passive keeps her alive, so I don't need to build MR, making Mercury's Treads irrelevant. The basis of the build was basically to make her strengths more apparent throughout the match. She has extremely high AD, so to make her more powerful, I added large amounts of AD and LS. The added LS combined with her HR passive makes her impossible to stop when coupled with her base AS and her E ability, which unfairly boosts her AS. Basically, it's a berserker Fiora with relatively low HP.
This build will give you a powerhouse Fiora, with over 2.1 base AS at the end of the item sequence, with over 250 AD. LS of >30% with stacks. This, combined with her HR passive, makes her incredibly powerful, with enough survivability to keep her alive despite her low HP.
By the way, I understand that this is a low HP build. But I do not care. My ridiculous AS mid to late game combined with my LS and HR make me unkillable unless ganked.
Pros / Cons
-Ridiculously high damage output
-Abilities make chasing easy
-Great at farming
-Ult can easily turn a Pentakill if you're not stupid about it.
-Extremely, extremely squishy.
-Smart play required. No pressing R or Q and right clicking. *ahem, Tryn, Yi, ahem*
Ignite for dealing extra damage early and late game.
Flash for escaping.
I do not use heal because of her passive which heals her anyway, so I'll take the extra damage of Ignite, or sometimes even the getaway or chase power of Ghost instead. Depends on your style.
Her Q and E abilities really get the kills, so I max them early. The W ability is useful early game when it's possible to predict incoming attacks. The AD boost is also quite effective. Late game however, when team fights are abundant, this ability tends to get phased out. In my experience, anyway.
Runes + Masteries
Armor Pene. to break through tanks, especially helpful early game. The extra AD is devastating, and helps you get fed.
Obviously, AS. Needed to keep that passive working along with your LS.
I don't find the AD runes to be very effective at all in comparison to Armor Pene, thus their absence.
Masteries are purely reinforcing her AD Carry nature. 27 points in Offense with the slight armor boost of 3 points in Defense.
