For runes i prefer flat ad.Every single darius ability scales from it.I used other rune pages too and they werent that much effective(arm. pen.)

So ad is pretty op.

For masteries i take 9/21 putting some cdr in offense and cc reduction and arm/mr in defense.I know most of the darius players prefer 21/9 but with the recent changes in the tree i believe defense will help you all game long.

Darius damage is op with the cleaver.YOU DONT NEED HYDRA.After all its a tank build for darius.You always buy mercurys because we all know darius suffers from cc.As for sunfires, its an item for noob darius players.No offense. But you realy dont need it(unless you face gnar).Its better to buy randuins instead of it.

Its simple .Q does super damage early and good damage late.I have seen pro players maxing E secondDYRUS.I think its a special occasion where you need to use your E more often.I do not recommend it.W is wayyyy better.Some people think it only slows speed.It also slows attack speed!3 for 1.So R>Q>W>E.

ITS TIME FOR RANKED!And you have read this awesome guide so you are ready to play darius.You lock in and wait the game to start.When you spawn always buy dorans blade and 1 pot.Ask you jungler and kill the camp you want(i prefer wolves).Then go b and tp top.Always buy 1 pink ward.

This is where darius shines.You can kill everyone no exception.Some matchups are harder than others but that wont stop you from THE DUNK.ALWAYS TRY THE FULL LEVEL 6 FIGHT.Send a clear message:THIS IS MY LANE!Use Q to abuse everyone you can when when the time comes grab them and DUNK THEM.
Although darius has a weakness that can destroy him.Ganks.There is a big potential to 2v1 but only if the laner is low hp.So the magic word is 1. W A R D S .Lower elos never buy wards and thats the huge mistake they make.Buying wards will help you and your team know 1)Where the jungler is and 2)Have a control of map overall.
Another thing with darius is that he can roam.Push wave hard and go mid for a kill.In lower elos its almost guaranteed kill.
TIP:Always Q with the outer cycle or its pretty much waste of mana

In mid game you have 3 goals
1)outer turret down
2)cs lead
3)black cleaver
Mid game darius realy shines!It is the time when you can force a teamfight , do a tp bto and get the double and take objectives.Go for the carries , split push , wait in the bush to kill, do everything you think can help your team.ALWAYS RESET YOUR DUNK.And last but not least dont die for nothing.

Your power start to fall as time goes by.You cant 2 v 1 easily now and mistakes are often paid.In teamfights you are not hthe beast now.If you go first you loose all the potential you got to slain the carries.Ask your team to go first,you follow the lead after the engaging tank.
Grab the carry or at least zone it.Stay close to your team or you will die.If someone reaches adc grab him away.Always try to q as many champ as possible because of the black cleaver.You are not a playmaker this stage of the game.BUT YOU GOT A SECRET WEAPON.Flash-E.Try to grab as many as possible and dont use your DUNK unless you are sure you are going to kill someone.

Farming is realy easy with darius.His autos are very good and you can waveclaer with 2 Q.Never forget:you need mana to dunk so keep yourself up to half mana before a fight.Using abilities to farm waste a lot of mana.

Combo will help you only in laning phase.Mid-late game you press everything realy.
COMBO 1: E-AA-W-AA-Q After e you have plenty of time to aa 1 time and then reset your aa timer with w.One more aa and then q when he is in the outer range
COMBO 2: AA-W-Q Get close to him and do this one(level 1-3)
COMBO 3: DUNKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK E-Q-AA-W-AA-Q-R that will kill them

Darius is a great champion for solo q.You can carry your team if played smart and he's fairly easy champ to play.You need to practise in order to learn playing as a dunkgod.
And thats the beautie of darius.Easy to learn - Hard to master
