I like what you did with the guide. Now you should add a new section on situational items, not all items will be good every game. For example the enemy team might be magic damage heavy, so you might want more magic resistance than just a merc tread and vice versa. Also you can add pictures too. Adding a picture for jungling route is really effective, and visually appealing. Anyways +1.

I edited it a lot for items, I agree with you on the warmog's, when I think about it. I don't get that far into the build often, it's expensive, not much time to experiment.

Umm ninja is wrong, you were correct the first time. The extra damage is from Havoc , so yea you might wanna change it back. Also add some coding walls of text are very unpleasant to read. For example exhaust= [[exhaust]]. Add some more aesthetics and pictures, and you'll have good guide. Also why 2 Warmog's Armor? Their are other items that would probably outperform a second warmog's armor. The damage from atma's passive is really minimal (30 damage and 1500hp for about 3000 gold). Also mr per level runes are better for junglers because you don't have anything that does magic damage in the jungle. Right now the best thing about this guide would be it's information, but most people don't take time to read information that seems bland, for example the wall of text in your guide. Any ways I'll refrain from voting till you taken that into consideration.

I was pretty sure armor pen didn't work to go below zero, only reduction worked. I fixed it for the moment, thanks.

Just for your runes bit, Minions with <0 Armour do take increased damage from your normal attacks with armour pen, as you can lower their armour below 0 to give yourself increased damage.
