Spirit Visage is a bit out of place, as the unique passive is better on characters with a lot of health restoration - Dr. Mundo, Alistar, Taric, Vladimir. Also, you already have a lot of MR in the other items, not to mention that proper use of Eclipse takes care of it. Shurelya's Battlesong is better for CDR, and it gives you some HP5 where Spirit Visage does nothing unless you have supports around. Sometimes I get Kindlegem without upgrading for a long time, usually after Philosopher's Stone and maybe Heart of Gold. Anyway, without HP5 or support characters, you have to recall too much.

The other items are sort of nice, but Guardian Angel is maybe iffy; resistances are already high as it is, but as a last item, it could be ok.

Been using this guide for a several games now and I am willing to say with confidence that it works brilliantly. I haven't lost a game since I've been using it. With the health regen you can stay in a lane forever which really help with the gold issues and once you get sunfire cape, farming is absolutely no problem. Just hit W, walk into the minions, and let the cape do the rest. Great build :)

Sounds like it would work. But you wouldn't have a lot of CDR I think. Also I have never tried Spirit Visage on her. But definitely could work.

utility tanks is not a tank, is a offtank.

If your against a really heavy AP team, you can either drop the sunfire and grab a banshee's. That way, you will have MR boots + Banshee's veil + FoN. That is a lot of Magic resist. On top of this, you can add a Abyssal Scepter.
