I dont like the Early game of this Guide >.<
Cloth Armor and (1) POTION? you kidding me how can i survive with a 1 potion -_-
my score w/ this build is 12/14/9 ... beacuse the early game is squishy -_-
The intent is to purchase 5potions with your remaining money. I didn't think to include all FIVE in the cheat sheet, but I suppose it won't kill me to do so. I'm sorry you didn't find this guide useful to you and I wish you better luck next time. Keep in mind, though, I'm still working on this and I still have a lot of information to include!

just a constructive criticize: Executioner is a must have if you are not going tanky. Your full build has OK HP, but lacks some armor/mres, thus I consider a glass cannon build. If you're going Glass-cannon that 6% extra damage will make a huge difference. You just need to kill the most number of enemies ASAP before you get yourself killed, cause you definitely will (assuming the enemy team is a half decent/brained group of at last 3 ppl, they will focus you if you get too much dangerous).
Oh how many times I Blade Waltzed some dying enemy just to have'em to endure ALL the 5 hits and making me eat some painful tower shots to finish them off with a poke, taking unecessary risk of getting myself killed. If I had Executioner none would survive my ult with 2 HP under the tower.
Surely if you are going tanky you can spare that skill, for you will survive time enough to compensate the lack of that extra 6% damage. But, however, by the way, it's not our case here.
Thank you for the feedback! Finally someone posting to really help me out. I know some of the things I do in the guide are awkward, but I did them for a reason, which I will attempt to explain better, too. But as for the rest of the guide, I was just really not sure what I was doing and just writing in what I thought could be helpful. I will definitely re-organize and better my guide over the next several weeks. Thanks for everything! Look forward to criticizing it some more in the future, I really do love the feedback :)

I was a little disappointed that I wouldn't learn how to draw Teemo lol. Just joking, but still, maybe it would've improved my horrible artistic abilities.
Ghost/ Cleanse are ok summoners. Because Fiora is a close range champion, any hard CC stops her in her tracks. Thus, I believe Flash to be better (I know it's in your other options). Cleanse is an amazing summoner, don't get me wrong, but the problem is, that is a single item, Quicksilver Sash, does better than a summoner spell, and it has a lower cooldown, you might as well just get the item.
I would recommend removing Black Cleaver from your build, or swapping it's order with Youmuu's Ghostblade. The Brutalizer is a great item for early game power, and it's easier to consistently build than a B. F. Sword. I would also recommend adding a 6th finished item. I know that the 6th item is always situational, but once you get past 20 votes and C2V turns off, you will probably have people downvote for not having 6 finished items in your cheatsheet.
Remove the recipe items of your build if they come right before the finished item. Recipe items are usually highly situational, the only ones I recommend putting in are your starting items and basic boots. Maybe the Vampiric Scepter as well.
Leaving Riposte until the end seems kind of pointless to me. It's your main skill that allows you to build tanky DPS instead of glasscannon. Also, it isn't just for the AD, that ability to block AA (auto attacks) very often is very painful to many champions. Also, Burst of Speed is a big part of your DPS, so maxing it second like you do is fine. I just don't agree with maxing Lunge first. It's good for burst damage, and for chasing, but I don't generally need it more then once every 10~ seconds. Also, Riposte increases Lunge's damage (less than leveling Lunge, but it still does).
I'm assuming this guide is solo top. Thus, it makes more sense to have points in Hardiness then in Resistance , as most solo top champions are AD. I would move the a point from Resistance to Hardiness , and take 1 more point from Resistance to put into Executioner . I know, you said you don't like Executioner , but would you rather have an extra 2 MR, which probable converts to 1% more reduction, or 6% more damage? 2 MR isn't a whole ton of MR, compared to something like Wit's End/ Maw of Malmortius.
I like the humor in your guide, but your organization of your information is, I'm not sure how to say this, sloppy. You jump around places, and have stuff that should be separate chapters inside other chapters. I would say organize like this:
Introduction/Getting Started
Runes
Masteries
Summoner Spells
Skills + Explanation
Items (Split into Core/Situational if you want)
Gameplay (split into Early/Middle/Late if you want){Fit that Revive video in there, as it's interesting and informative, not to mention it shows your playstyle}
ArPen Explanation? I don't really know where to fit this, and it's not the most pleasing to read. I don't mean to sound harsh, but it's a long wall of text and numbers, which some people might not care to read.
Dueling The World (Which you can probably keep that way, though from the name I'm guessing it's lane matchups)
Summary
Change Log
Purple text is kind of hard to read, just because it is so dark. Maybe change them to something brighter?
You have a very good balance of paragraphical space. You could use a little more BBCode to make your guide more attractive, but it's great as it is.
I think that's all I have, you are doing a good job and keep up the good work!
Interesting guide, stands out. I don't know how you can justify leveling riposte last though. If it were just for the active, fine, but it also adds a ton of AD early. One of my favorite things about Fiora is that you can build attack speed or other things and still keep pace with everyone in damage. Overall, fun to read though.
I know it! Riposte does help with early game by adding some damage. This is just my personal preference in leveling her skills and it is just a guide. If you feel that leveling riposte is more important early game, I won't stop you. I'm just trying to offer another point of view.
And thanks for the read :)
