I don't know about the other champions in detail but I have some suggestions.

I will start with Zilean as I'm not knowledgeable about top lane.

• Runes: Quints and marks are fine. Yet, the seals are quite specific. HP per level is better in my opinion due to mid laners dealing most of the time magic damage. A bronze player won't have many runes on this point and I think they are a good investment. Armor is ok but for mid lane you want HP since this is the best way to survive burst (AD and AP). Glyphs are ok. Add notes if possible.
• Items: It isn't a full guide. That's why you should add notes since you're aiming towards low elo people and they probably don't know when to buy what. Most likely they stick to one build every game.
  Rylai's Crystal Scepter? The only spells that can hit others are a 99% slow and if done well an AoE stun. How is this item good? The slow is so much weaker than his in-built CC. I f you want HP, you can get better defensive items or a RoA.
  More situational items like Luden's maybe.
• Skill Sequence: It's impossible to skill like this. The last point of a non-ultimate spell can't be skilled after the fourth point. You have to skill another spell before.

  Overall skilling your Main spell lvl 3 is way stronger than putting it into another spell. You won't need the slow or speed if you're playing correctly (warding+not overextending)
• Masteries: Can he really make the most of Vampirism with only one offensive spell, which gets even reduced to 1/3 due to the way spell vamp works with AoE spells.
  One point in Meditation is ineffective considering that you're suggesting mana and mana regen items. It's just flat out inferior to a 5 point mastery. His spells are neither exceptionally high. It's important to learn how to manage mana in laning phase.
  I don't know if Intelligence is better than Precision. You have only one offensive spell and a super strong ultimate. In Bronze people die way more than usually.

For Ezreal you need to do only the skill sequence like I explained and add notes for everything. In your item part there should be defensive items like QSS and the upgrade. Marksmen need those at some point but that depends on the enemy comp.

The other ones have the same skilling mistakes. More notes to your decisions and add a mastery tree for Poppy :P
