The pros to this build are that generally you will be killing people before they even have time to react to your presence. Aim for adcs, supports, and high damage/low armor mages(Veigar,Ziggs,
and Brand)

With this build you will generally want to avoid fighters. They are usually tanky enough to withstand your burst damage. Additionally fighters generally take armor and life steal items quite early.
