Choose Champion Build:

  • LoL Champion: Lee Sin
    Full Damage Lee
  • LoL Champion: Lee Sin
    Bruiser Lee Sin

Intro

Hello my name is NotMyFirstBBQ and I have been playing league since late season 2 and I am Silver 3 and maybe gold soon.

Lee is a fun, bursty, high skill cap champion that only few can play at a high level. Follow this guide and learn the ways of this champ.

I have been playing Lee Sin since this season and he has to be my favorite champion in the game and he is one of the best champions in the game depending on how good you are with him. Lee Sin has an incredible early game and many say his late game is where he lacks, but I think with my build he is very helpful throughout the whole game.

Runes

I take standard bruiser runes. Flat armor seals. Flat AD quints. Scaling MR glyphs, and Flat AD marks.

Masteries

Standard AD masteries with 9 in defense to be a bit more tanky and give you an edge. This masteries give more pushing speed, easier last hitting, and a lot of early damage and armor pen.

Items

FOR BUILD 1: These items give so much damage so you can skirmish anybody on the enemy team, and the sightstone are free flashes on Lee so that's a good buy. Last whisper and Black Cleaver work so well because you ignore so much armor it feels like you're doing true damage. Hydra is the best early laning item IMO because it gives a lot of AD, amazing wave clear, and lots of sustain.

FOR BUILD 2: Once again Hydra is such a good laning items for the reasons I mentioned. Sunfire Cape and Spirit Visage go together so well because they both give so much MR and Armor and a lot of health to survive in teamfights. For boots I usually take mercs because usually my enemy team picks champion with CC so mercs are an easy counter to that, but tabi is optional depending on their team. Last Whisper is an amazing item for end game because near that time Lee's damage starts to decrease because everybody starts to become tanky, so Last Whisper fixes that because you penetrate so much of their armor. If you are not dying and you have the gold any of those 3 items are very good, sightstone if you need the flashes, trinity force for tons of damage, and black cleaver for more armor pen.

Skill Sequence

Take Q level 1 because it does the most single target damage, and I max Q because it does the most damage, but if you are farming a lot and they have a lot of DPS champs then you can max E for better results, but I find my self maxing Q no matter what. I max W second because it gives more shield and more life steal/spell vamp when gives so much sustain at all levels. The rest is self explanatory.

Spells

Basic spells for most solo laners/bruisers.

Creeping / Jungling

Going for invades on Lee is never a bad idea because since you're starting Q you will have a high damage gap closer at your disposal. If they have a jungler like Malphite or Amumu try to counter jungle to shut them down early and dominate the whole game. Try to balance your skills out so you can get full advantage of your passive, and that tactic helps you clear your lane if there are a bunch of creeps or if it's just a wave.
