I've clearified the uses of the summoner spell Ignite.
As for the items, I added some cheat-sheets to show the build progress through the game. I've gone over that in the items section mostly as your build order should be different for each situation (each game) and needs thoughtfull explanation.

It's more helpful to show things like Starting Items, Essential Purchases and then an example build in the cheat sheet. You can add seperated folders in the guide editor.
Actually Ignite doesn't really counter Heal - both counter each other so the reason to pick Ignite is more to create more edges to secure kills in lane.
