Try to last hit as many as you can so you'll get some money to build items.
use your dazzle if your enemy tries to attack some 1 of your team and shatter them so you harras some.
imbue your teammates when they need healing.
Support your team in ganks and team fights position your self at the back of the team and stun the carry's let your dps kill them after they are dead you should use your shatter at tanks so they die faster.
troughout the whole game heal as much as you can so you support your team as much as you can.
Just the same as mid game but if you play well and your team aint bad you wont have a verry long late game they would just rage quit because they cant kill you :)
If your team ends up dead or your gank fails and you need to run activate ghost and your ultimate when you need healing and stun the enemy who can slow/stun you so you wont get killed.
Imbue - Taric brings forth earthen energy to heal his target. As the magic flows through him he is healed for the same amount. If Taric heals only himself, the total effect will be 1.4X the base heal amount.
Taric brings forth earthen energy to heal a nearby ally and himself for 60/100/140/180/220 (+1.1). If Taric heals only himself, the heal will be 40% more effective. Taric's melee attacks decrease this spell's cooldown by 2 seconds per hit.

I prefer to max Imbue first so you can heal loads in early-mid game already.
Shatter - Taric is protected by a hardening aura, increasing the armor of himself and nearby allied champions. He may choose to splinter the enchanted rocks surrounding him to deal damage and decrease the armor of nearby enemies at the cost of the aura for a short time.
Passive: Taric gains an aura that increases the armor of nearby allies by 10/15/20/25/30 and increases his own armor by twice this amount.
Active: Taric deals 100/150/200/250/300 (+0.5) magic damage to nearby enemies and decreases their armor by 10/15/20/25/30 for 4 seconds. The aura portion of his passive is not in effect during the cooldown.
Cost 50/60/70/80/90 Mana
I max this as last because i prefer more stuns.

Dazzle - Taric emits a brilliant ball of prismatic light from his gemmed shield, stunning and damaging his enemies.
Taric fires a sphere of prismatic light at an enemy, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 - 80/160/240/320/400 (+1) magic damage (lower damage the further the target is), and stunning them for 1 - 2 seconds (higher stun the further the target is).
Cost 95/95/95/95/95 Mana
I max this the second because of the cooldown higher rank is more stuns so better support for your team.
ultimate:Radiance - Taric emits a brilliant light, healing himself and increasing physical damage for surrounding allied units.
Toggle: Taric emits brilliant light, healing himself for 30/40/50 (+0.2) a second and increasing his and nearby allies' attack damage by 30/60/90 (half effect for nearby allied champions). The cost to sustain Radiance increases by 4/7/10 each second.
Cost 20/20/20 Initial Mana Cost
Max this as fast as you can because its a great aura for your team and a nice heal for your self.
Passive:Gemcraft - Taric loves to socket magical gems into all of his weapons, resulting in his melee attacks replenishing his mana for 7.5% of damage dealt.
Imbue heals your target and yourself so use imbue wisely.
With your ultimate activated towers will drop in a second.
Dazzle deals morde dmg if you are close to the target so if your in a bush and a enemy approaches shatter and dazzle and he will take loads of damage
