Say in chat that you will go mid or jungle and never give up on that unless you want to feed other lanes too.

Easy choice. Mark, flat mana reg. Glyph, seal and quintessence mana reg/lvl.

Masteries is more about summoners choice but I recommend take all in utility start at top and take EVERYTHING! Or just anything which gives as much trolling power as possible.

This is where it gets important to not do wrong, you will need to start with one Faerie charm and then another and so on until you get the inventory full of them. If you decide to not follow here be sure not to buy anything that helps the team!

Clarity and revive is the best combo or change revive to ghost.
But remember never to use clarity in range of team members, you don't want to help your team. Use it exactly out of range for maximum of team mates with no mana.

An alternative to mana reg is speed! Buy speed 5 and 3 shoes for speed even after a hit, then buy 4 Panthom dancers.
