This is the 4th lulu guide that I have seen with gimped runes. It will be hard for people to rate you up when you have Magic pen runes as glyphs ( the mark of magic pen is stronger) and you have AP runes as marks (The AP glyphs are stronger). Kind of confused why people do this, is there something I don't see?
