I like the items you have i get them myself just in a different order i usally get dorans sword for that lil survivability than boots and i also buy hp and mana pots regularly throught the beginning, lets me lane longer, after Berserk boots i get malady and depending on there team i'l get wits end or madreds. and if im still playing i'l get black cleaver or frozen mallet/banshee's veil for the survivability and i also think its good to get 1 point in every skill before u max out the important ones like toxic shot..

And @bustinya i dont think ap teemo is that good because his shrooms are easily countered by a ranged with oracle.. i mainly use them as wards and to slow ppl down.

one of my tactics is when they hit my shroom i rush at them pop a few toxic shots and they run back and i can punish them for that, great way to hara***
