I think dont need rod of age,rylai scepter, blood thirster or lich bane, Because dont have mana, dont need rylai and lich bane because trinity have slow damage and shenn, blood thirster useless for akali because she is not R Attack Champion she is skill champion, maybe you say Zonya hourglass or Abyssel scepter can i accept, Thank you for your thoughts anyway :))

Either a AP or AD item. Bloodthirster to get more survivability or something like Rod of ages or Rylai's scepter to get also health. I think Lich bane would also be nice. These are just some random ideas of mine ^.^
