For the guide in itself, the point is to improve it. Since I haven't got any "good" criticism (people telling me explicitly what's good and what's wrong) I didn't touch it. What kind of content does it need?
As for the Items, after having played Evelynn for a while now, i can tell you they work pretty well together. As soon as you get the Gunblade and Trinity Force, the game usually goes smoothly. The defensive items are just here to ensure you don't die immediatly at the start of a team fight.
I'm looking for decent criticism here, not just someone telling me my build is good or bad.
The problem with giving you 'good' criticism for you to improve your guide is that by all technicalities, you're not in a position to be using that criticism effectively. Essentially, we'd be writing the guide for you and, if we're doing that, then there's no point having you write the guide. So whilst what we tell you can be good for your personally development (which is why I'm going to criticise it properly), there's no way it'll change my downvote of your guide - you just don't know what you're talking about.
First of all, the items that have no synergy are Atma's Impaler to everything else. Eve doesn't use the crit chance well, since she is generally more reliant on her spells. The armour is nice, but then there are better options, like Zhonya's Hourglass which afford much more utility as well as damage. Finally, the passive is virtually wasted - it requires 3000 hp just for it to give you more damage than a B. F. Sword and you just don't build that.
Hextech Gunblade is similarly a wasted item. Since only one of Evelynn's spells is not AoE, you lose out on a lot of the spellvamp. In addition, since for some reason you do not prioritise damage on your build, the spellvamp is pretty much negligible, since you don't deal enough damage to heal. You also don't autoattack that much, so lifesteal is also wasted. A better alternative would be Deathfire Grasp.
Thirdly, the choice of Trinity Force over Lich Bane is probably what I dislike here. Since Evelynn is primarily an assassin when played mid, you can get much more damage out of building Lich Bane and then building some AP items. Sure, you lose out on the hp from Trinity Force and the Phage speed boost, but she already has that built into her kit anyway with W (and arguably the Zeal component with her E).
Finally, what I hate the most about your build is that whilst you do build an Abyssal Mask, you have NO magic penetration whatsoever. Come late game, you will be very useless, especially since your build does not make you particularly tanky and nor do you have damage. It would have been alright if you pursued the tanky route like most Evelynns do, but that isn't really the case here. They build magic resist and you're ****ed either way.
Shown more by the silly 30/0/0 masteries you have, which invests nothing into defense or utility. Speccing into damage without any intent to build magic penetration - you clearly don't know what you're doing.
Boots start is practically useless if you lose your lane and you aren't able to roam
Hextech Gunblade and Atma's Impaler are kinda useless items on Evelynn because she doesn't really use spell vamp, life steal or critical chance that effectively
30/0/0 masteries leave you really weak and they have little to no synergy with the build

But your tier is actually relevant to your game knowledge. If you have ~100 games and are still stuck in mid-Silver, you probably don't know as much as you think you do either. And saying you don't play ranked often when you have ~100 ranked games under your belt...
This build is **** and there's no two ways about it. Your masteries are reckless, your items bear little synergy with each other and your 'guide' has practically no content.
It's not because your not higher then gold that it means you suck at playing this game, im bronze and i know alot of stuff about this game, im bronze and still can make good plays
