The items are good choices for a hybrid build as far as I can tell. The only problem I have with this build are the Rune choices. Magic Pen is perfect, but the others could be improved in my opinion. The Cooldown Seals are secondaries and I believe the MP5 Glyphs are as well. You would get more benefit from doing MP5 Seals, CD Reduction Glyphs and either your current Quints or flat Mana. The Quints don't matter as much because they don't have secondaries.

alright, I'll try it in practice. looks promising, it's rare I get to use Q and W in the same build.

If you would. Try it sometime. Lichbane>Hextech Gunblade makes Q AMAZING Mid to late game. Some people will even go with a rageblade. Giving AS AD and AP. I could see it being good, but I found it wasn't good enough because Ezreal is mainly harassing and he can stick around back to heal. He won't get into 1v1's either. Ezreal is good if you can be ignored and stick around with your Q and W. However, Rageblade does have some good things.

Honestly I think this build is rather deceiving. This is not an ap build this is a hybrid build. That might be why people are confused. Take a quick look at your item arrangements and notice that with the exception of your boots and the two final items everything in there is both AP and AD or AP and AS. I am not knocking your build I am not familiar enough with Ezreal to do that, but I know that if you look at Viegar or Ryze you will see what an AP build is. I bet if you changed your set up to hybrid and attempt to explain it that way people might understand better.

yeah im confused on that part too. Also why phil stone? A chalice would be a lot better.

If you're stacking AP, I'm kinda confused why you would max out your ability that gets better based on AD.
