I love Malady that's why it's my top pick for the 6th slot. I have tried it in place of the tooth, but it's got way less AP and it's really critical to have the CDR that the tooth provides. I hate that I'm wasting the Mana regen but there currently isn't an AP + CDR item that doesn't have mana regen on it. (Deathfire Grasp and Morello's Evil Tome). After the next patch Deathfire Grasp might be an option but it would break the AS synergy with the Rageblade.

Total aside here but I'm looking forward to seeing what the changes to Deathfire Grasp and Morello's Evil Tome do for a AP Dominion build for Kennen. Though I'm sad about the price of the WOTA going up. I love how powerful it was for the price but all good things must end.

I'd trade the Nashor's Tooth for a Malady. It's cheaper and Kennen really benefits more from it (also, you don't waste the Mana Regen).
