This version of teemo is a very squishy one. But the damageoutput of him is very high. espacially on tanks.
You start with a dorans ring and go on solo top. You go a little besides the tower and use the camofluage effect to get in stealth. Now you wait untill the enemys´ or the enemy farmed to you tower. You attack him if he´s to reckless to attack your tower alt lv 2 or 3 with q and your poison shot. because in stealth you stil get xp for dieing minions.
You have to place shrooms at level 6 in jungle the way u are escaping. Then you provoke them to chase you through teh jungle. And all teh way you walk has to be a line of shrooms. The shrooms have to be placed in a clear distance, because if 10 shrooms are on one point all will deal dmg of ine shroom. So you have to play with a very well tactic. You have to play safe and patient, waiting to a single mistake of the enemy then attacking him, and try to leadhim into your shroom line in the jungle.
After you go out of stelth, concentrate on farming primary. But still play agrassive. On top are usually melees. So play agressive on range. Keep distance, blind dart and run away or some poison shot after blind dart.
And shrooms save you every time escaping, so place them whenever you have some.
Qucik, high demage, tank killer, good escape, high farm, dominant even alone against two. teemo on hybrid toplane is clearly dominant against the most solotop laners. because he can keep his distance clearly.

Teemo has to keep the distance. if he´s loosing the distance he´s an easy target after using his blind dart. stay in background.
Other disatvantege is: This teemo build is a build for very patient players with a very good tactical sense of placing shrooms, and playing safe. A shroom can prevent from ganks, safe your life and stop the enemys by escaping. One shroom can fullfill all three roles, if you place them correctly.
So only guyz with a very good tactical sense should play this build.
