Your first item should most of the time be Trinity Force exept of you're playing defensive again your opponent because then buy a tanky item as the first item (e.g. Sunfire Cape). But Trinity Force has to be allways in your build as the first or the second item. Most of the time your just build 1 damage item and then go full tank but sometimes you can also buy two damage item for example Trinity Force with titanic hydra (only if you have a lot of gold because its very expensive) or with Maw of Malmortius again AP enemies.

Tanky Items

There are a lot of tanky items you can buy on Ekko. The most common and best items are Dead Man's Plate because of the high burst damage from the passive, Spirit Visage because of the great stats and the stronger healings and Guardian Angel
