Summary

This is max DPS / scalability Heimer. Heimer is great for pushing lanes but it's hard to kill champions with him unless they are exceedingly stupid. This build actually gives you a chance to win 1v1 in most matchups - even sometimes 1v2!

I also suggest doing Heimer jungle. It's not as bad as people think - it allows you to focus on what Heimer does best - pushing lanes - and you can do it effectively with this build. Just swap Barrier for Smite (or don't - you don't need it, although the extra gold helps).

The DFG carries you into late game.

Strategy

Basically what you wanna do is use your W + phys attack for max damage. You can keep doing things like E + phys, W + phys, etc. etc. If you get aggro'ed basically use R, place 2 turrets, and do the above.

Most of the game use your W, E, and phys attack to push lanes and save your turrets for the next wave when you leave. Also use your turrets to pick up the junglers slack which will help you get fed for later on in this game. When you get a chance, push a lane using E and W and then set 2 turrets right in front of the enemy tower. Hammer it with your phys attack.
